We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly
Billing Executive
to manage the billing and cash counter operations in our mobile shop. The candidate will handle invoicing, cash/card payments, customer service at billing desk, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing using POS or billing software.
Generate invoices for mobile phones, accessories, and service items.
Manage cash, card payments, UPI transactions responsibly.
Maintain daily cash reports, sales entries, and transaction logs.
Ensure accurate price entry, product details, and billing data.
Provide customer support at the billing counter and respond to basic queries.
Coordinate with sales team for smooth billing and order processing.
Assist in stock/inventory entry related to billing system (if required).
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
Ensure proper documentation of warranties, exchanges, and returns.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS, MS Office).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
Ability to handle cash and maintain records responsibly.
Experience in billing or retail operations preferred.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
