Job Summary: As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing related to site execution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and willing to travel regularly to construction sites while coordinating with engineers and billing departments.

Responsibilities:

Prepare bills based on site execution on a

weekly / monthly basis

Prepare

monthly running bills (RA Bills)

and abstracts as per work orders Visit multiple construction sites daily for

bill certification

from Client Engineers and billing departments Maintain accurate records of

bills, materials, and equipment

Coordinate effectively with site teams, engineers, and management

Requirements:

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

6 months to 2 years in the construction field Proficiency in

Microsoft Word & Excel

AutoCAD 2D

knowledge (preferred) Strong coordination and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience or skills will be considered. Higher Secondary : 12th Pass (Required)*

Willingness to travel:

100% (Required)

Pay Range:

?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month (based on skills and experience)

The role involves
