Job Description

We are currently seeking a Billing Assistant with over 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, accounting software, and billing systems. Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Utilize billing software to create and send invoices to customers.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices, reconciling accounts receivable, and managing payments.

Generate Excel statements for transactions and maintain advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

Proactively follow up on payments and create account statements as needed. Prepare periodic management information system (MIS) reports.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in computer and data entry.

Organizational and mathematical aptitude.

Ability to multitask effectively.
