We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Counter Sale & Billing Executive to manage billing operations at the retail counter. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate billing counters and process customer purchases efficiently.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods securely.
Ensure accurate billing and issue receipts to customers.
Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
Resolve billing-related queries and provide friendly customer service.
Assist in managing billing systems, price checks, and barcode scanning.
Coordinate with floor staff for smooth checkout operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate or pursuing students are welcome.
Basic knowledge of computers / billing software preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/weekends).
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
