Profile: Logistics Exe (Modern Trade)/ Billing Executive (Modern Trade)

Responsibility:

- Process travel and employee expense claims as per company policy

- Generate and issue accurate invoices for modern trade channels

- Ensure correct billing and reconcile accounts to resolve inconsistencies.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, billing transactions, and customer accounts.

- Liaise between sales, finance, logistics, and channel partners for smooth order-to-cash operations.

- Respond to billing-related inquiries and resolve complaints from customers and partners.

- Prepare and analyze billing reports for management review and provide daily updates.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Candidates with relevant minimum 4-5 Years

- Experience with e-invoicing and data entry

- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)- Mandatory

- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Graduation (Full time) and PG would be preferable

- We work from Office/Market for 6 Days

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Previous experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role
