About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Billing Specialist to join our Digital team

.

The ideal candidate will manage billing operations for our digital marketing campaigns while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process invoices and billing-related tasks for digital marketing campaigns Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients, adhering to contractual terms and payment schedules Collaborate effectively with account management and finance teams to streamline billing processes Maintain comprehensive records of billing, payments, and client accounts Handle client queries and concerns regarding billing and invoices in a professional manner Generate detailed reports on billing performance and accounts receivable Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure billing alignment with actual ad spend

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry and ad billing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.) Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced functions and pivot tables 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance roles (preferably in advertising/digital marketing) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Strong communication skills for client interaction Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
