1. Generate and dispatch invoices to customers.
2. Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
3. Manage accounts receivable, tracking payments and outstanding balances.
4. Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
5. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and finance teams.
6. Ensure compliance with GST, tax laws, and company policies.
7. Prepare billing reports and analyze billing data.
