BILLING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary :

Will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, verifying data from the logistics department, and maintaining accurate records. Key duties include working with Tally, ensuring GST compliance, and generating E-way bills and E-invoices. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing billing processes efficiently and accurately.

Job Type:

Rotational Shift ( 10:00 am to 6:30 pm) - General Shift , Weekly-off on Sunday (13:00 pm to 21:30 pm) - Second Shift , Weekly-off on Friday & Sunday will be work from home. The shift will be rotated every 2 weeks.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accurately prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring all details are correct and meet company and regulatory standards.

2. Review and verify the data received from the logistics department to prepare accurate invoices, maintaining close attention to detail.

3. Utilize Tally to create, manage, and maintain billing records and reports effectively.Ensure all invoicing is compliant with GST regulations, including proper tax calculations and documentation.

Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

4.Ensure all invoicing is compliant with GST regulations, including proper tax calculations and documentation.

5.Maintain and update billing records and data on a regular basis, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

6.Generate E-way bills for all applicable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Also should be well versed with the process of E-invoicing.
