Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy in duty slips, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting timely client invoicing and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on booking data and approved duty slips.

Validate duty slips for KMs, hours, passenger signatures, and vendor details.

Coordinate with operations, vendors, and clients for billing-related clarifications.

Ensure all billing entries are aligned with client-specific formats and agreements.

Follow up on pending documents and bookings queries from vendors and operations teams.

Handle client audit queries, billing escalation and provide supporting documents.

Monitor billing cycle delays and escalate issues proactively.

Maintain digital and physical billing records for audit and MIS purposes.

Reconcile booking data with MIS and finalize billing sheets.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in billing, invoicing and preferably in a transport or service industry.

Skills:

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

o Basic knowledge of GST and invoice compliance

o Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills

o Good communication and coordination skills

o Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with client-specific portals (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Fr8First (RIL) etc.)

Exposure to transport or facility management billing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
