We are looking for a Billing Executive in Manufacturing

Software: Tally

Experience: 3 + Yrs

Salary: UP TO 22K

Location: Bahadurgarh

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Generation:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices and statements to clients based on services rendered or products sold.

Payment Processing:

Receive, sort, and apply incoming payments to the correct client accounts.

Account Management:

Maintain and update client records, tracking account balances and identifying any inconsistencies.

Discrepancy Resolution:

Review billing information for accuracy and resolve any errors, discrepancies, or billing issues.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding their bills, providing clear information and resolving issues promptly.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports on billing activities, outstanding debts, and payment trends for management.

Compliance:

Ensure that all billing procedures and records comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate and complete billing information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
