We are seeking

two detail-oriented and organized Billing Executives

to join our team. These roles are crucial for the efficient financial operations of our car dealership and will be based at our head office, handling billing for the Zirakpur and Jammu locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Generation:

Accurately generate and process invoices for vehicle sales, service jobs, and parts.

Payment Processing:

Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions and ensure all payments are correctly recorded.

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain meticulous records of all billing activities, including invoices, receipts, and daily sales reports.

Customer Interaction:

Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide clear, professional explanations of charges.

Coordination:

Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.

Reporting:

Prepare daily and weekly billing summaries for management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy. We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a billing, accounts, or a related administrative role. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office. The ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
