Job Description

Invoice Generation:

Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices to customers based on sales or service agreements.

Account Management:

Maintain client accounts, track balances, and update customer records with payment information and other financial data.

Payment Processing:

Receive, sort, and post incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices and collection efforts.

Discrepancy Resolution:

Review invoices for accuracy, identify and resolve billing discrepancies, and handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding bills.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze billing reports and financial summaries for management, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate billing information is collected and processed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
