who have basic knowledge of billing, GST, and accounting and are willing to learn practical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices and delivery challans
Assist in GST billing and basic tax calculations
Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for billing accuracy
Maintain billing records and supporting documents
Enter billing data into accounting software (training will be provided)
Assist senior accounts staff in daily billing tasks
Handle basic customer billing queries
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (or final-year students)
Basic understanding of
GST and invoicing
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
Willingness to learn accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Experience
Freshers are welcome
Internship or training in accounting/billing is an advantage
