We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Revenue Assurance Executive

to manage and oversee

manpower billing operations

based on

timesheets and contractual terms

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

timesheet-based billing

,

client contract understanding

, and

manpower deployment costing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify

employee timesheets

for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure billing is aligned with

client contracts

, project agreements, and SOWs.

Generate and submit

timely and accurate invoices

to clients based on approved timesheets.

Track and reconcile

manpower utilization vs billing

across projects.

Coordinate with

HR, site supervisors, and project managers

for manpower-related data and approvals.

Maintain

billing records

and documentation for internal audit and client reference.

Address and resolve billing queries or discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual

revenue reports

for management.

Assist in identifying

revenue leakage

and process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements:

2-3 years

of experience in

manpower billing / revenue assurance

Strong understanding of

contractual billing terms

,

SOW

, and

timesheet-based invoicing

. Proficient in

MS Excel

,

billing tools

, and

ERP systems

. Excellent attention to detail and

analytical skills

. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.

Graduate degree

in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred); other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
