Generate and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all billing data (product, quantity, pricing, taxes) is correctly entered into the billing software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth billing and delivery workflows.
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts and follow up on pending payments.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports and support financial audits.
Manage GST invoicing, credit/debit notes, and other tax-related documentation.
Handle customer queries related to billing, product details, or payment clarifications.
Maintain physical and digital records of invoices and delivery challans.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in billing/accounts in a retail or trading environment (FMCG or packaging industry preferred).
Proficiency in billing/accounting software (Tally ERP, ERP Next, etc.) is a plus
Strong knowledge of GST and standard billing practices.
Attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in handling billing for packaging products (bottles, jars, cans, etc.).
Understanding of inventory and dispatch processes.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
