Handle sales order entry, invoicing and pending order follow-up to keep
billing
and collections running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and validate sales orders; maintain pending-order tracker.
Generate and send invoices
Reconcile customer accounts and post receipts.
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve billing queries.
Prepare basic Excel reports on billing and order aging.
Skills & Experience:
1 year relevant experience; footwear experience is a plus.
Proficient in Billing softwires (or similar) and
advanced Excel
Good communication, accuracy, and deadline orientation.
