division. The ideal candidate will handle billing operations efficiently, ensure accuracy in transactions, and support the sales team.
Preference:
Males preferred, but strong female candidates will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer bills/invoices accurately.
Ensure correct vehicle details, customer information, and pricing in the billing system.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth vehicle delivery processes.
Process cash, card, and online payments.
Maintain records of daily transactions and receipts.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Reconcile daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of billing software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Good numerical and accuracy skills.
Freshers can apply; prior experience in billing/accounting is an advantage.
Candidates from Calicut and nearby areas preferred.
