Swayamvara Silks is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Biller to join our team. The Biller will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, managing customer transactions, and assisting with smooth operations at the checkout counter.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately generate bills for customers based on their purchases.
Scan and enter product details into the billing system, ensuring correct pricing.
Process payments efficiently and provide change or receipts as required.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
Resolve any discrepancies in billing and assist customers with their queries.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the checkout process, reducing wait times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Biller, Cashier, or similar role in retail.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with billing software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
