Job Description

Tp manage the financial aspects of design projects, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and compliance with billing procedures. This role involves preparing and processing invoices, coordinating with project managers and vendors, and maintaining billing records. A strong understanding of accounting software, construction documentation, and project management principles is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing:

Preparing and processing invoices for interior design and fit-out projects, based on work progress and contractual agreements.

Payment Tracking:

Managing the payment process, including following up on outstanding invoices and reconciling payments with project costs.

Coordination:

Working closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to track work progress, verify measurements, and ensure accurate billing.

Documentation:

Maintaining detailed billing records, including work orders, purchase orders, and material procurement documents.

Compliance:

Ensuring all billing processes adhere to contractual terms, company policies, and relevant regulations, such as GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Reporting:

Generating reports on billing status, project costs, and payment schedules for management review.

Client and Vendor Liaison:

Addressing billing inquiries from clients and vendors and resolving any discrepancies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

4-5 years of experience in billing, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), tendering processes, site measurement procedures, and vendor coordination.

Software Proficiency:

Expertise in MS Excel, Tally ERP or other accounting software, and basic understanding of AutoCAD.

Analytical and Organizational Skills:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
