The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in billing processes using Tally or any other ERP software. The role is based in Ankurhati, Howrah. Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Process: Execute end-to-end billing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally or other ERP software to perform billing tasks, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure precision and correctness in billing data to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date billing documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in billing processes.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Tally or other ERP software for billing activities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing processes.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external parties.
