Job Description

Position Title: Billing Executive - Payroll (Contractual Role) Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: Minimum 5 years


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end billing processes for projects, ensuring accurate invoice generation, submission, and follow-up. Verify project documentation, contracts, work orders, and billing milestones. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to validate work completion and billing information. Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents as per company policies. Reconcile invoices with client payments and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting procedures. Support internal and external audit processes. Added Advantage: Work experience with IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) billing or related infrastructure/control system projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years' experience as Billing Executive in construction, infrastructure, systems integration, or related domains. Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Experience in IBMS billing processes will be a distinct advantage.
