Prepare and process labor bill entries accurately and on time.
Maintain and update vendor details and card entries in Excel.
Material bill checking and verification with purchase orders and delivery challans.
Handle ERP-related billing entries and updates.
Coordinate with site teams for material follow-up and billing confirmation.
Maintain and update the database for all billing and inventory records.
Ensure timely inventory database entry and reconciliation.
Ability to read and write in Gujarati for documentation and communication.
Manage documentation, file records, and audit data for billing activities.
Ensure proper verification of ledgers, challans, and supporting documents.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining records and reports.

Experience & Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Billing or Accounts role.
Strong knowledge of mathematical calculations and billing accuracy.
Experience in ERP systems preferred.
Industry: Open to all industries; preference for candidates from the Real Estate industry.
Good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record management.
