Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
Maintain accurate billing records and documents.
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for invoice processing.
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
Support monthly closing and reporting activities.
Requirements:
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
