Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and issue client invoices in a timely manner
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation
Follow up with internal teams to ensure billing data is complete and correct
Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving invoice queries
Support the finance team with basic reporting and administrative duties
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce
, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office
, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
