Role Description
Billing & Invoicing
: Prepare and process accurate patient bills and invoices.
Insurance Claims
: Submit claims, verify insurance eligibility, and follow up on reimbursements.
Payment Processing
: Collect payments (cash, card, online) and manage payment records.
Record Keeping
: Maintain detailed, accurate billing transaction records (physical & digital).
: Liaise with doctors, finance, admin, and insurance companies.
Reporting
: Prepare billing reports and financial summaries.
Qualifications
Atleast 1 Year of Billing Process or Fresher may also apply
Experience in Healthcare Billing/TPA is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Proficiency in computer systems and software, especially MS Office suite
