Billing Executive

to manage the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate invoices for clients based on project work, contracts, and timelines. Handle incoming payments and reconcile them against invoices. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure account reconciliation. Address and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies with clients. Keep organized and up-to-date billing documentation for all projects. Prepare and share billing reports with the finance department and management. Provide billing data and documentation during project audits. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing queries and follow-ups. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to validate billing details. Ensure compliance with both government and private project billing procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related roles (Fire & Safety industry experience preferred). Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems such as

Tally

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Knowledge of government and private project billing procedures. Basic understanding of the Fire & Safety Services industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
