Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to join our billing department in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with SAP (preferred). The role involves processing invoices, verifying transactions, and ensuring accurate billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents accurately. Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and pricing before generating invoices. Ensure timely and error-free billing to customers and vendors. Maintain proper records of all billing transactions and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate billing data. Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Update and maintain billing records in SAP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 0-2 years in billing (

manufacturing industry preferred

). Good typing speed with high accuracy. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of SAP (

preferred

) or other ERP systems. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a manufacturing plant billing process.

Work Environment:

On-site role in a manufacturing plant setting. May require extended hours during month-end or audit periods.
