1. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare accurate invoices as per job completion and approved rates.
Ensure timely billing for all dispatched jobs and services.
Verify challans, job cards, and dispatch notes before invoice generation.
Coordinate with Accounts and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth billing flow.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain records of all invoices, challans, and supporting documents (both soft & hard copies).
Update billing registers and maintain client-wise billing history.
Ensure proper serial numbering and filing of invoices.
3. Accuracy & Compliance
Ensure all invoices are GST-compliant and include accurate HSN codes, tax rates, and client details.
Check all calculations, including discounts, advances, and adjustments, before final billing.
Ensure adherence to company billing policies and timelines.
