Prepares methods of payments and to settle the bills/credits.

Secures assignments of benefits in cases where patient carries insurance.

Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure.

Coordinates with the corporate and insurance companies for admissions and approval.

Organizes system for collection of aCustomer Care Officer unts that are not paid in full at time of discharge or as promised.

Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing.

Supervises mailing of follow up letters when statements fail to bring response.

Initiates and answers patient's correspondence.

Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent aCustomer Care Officer unts and related matters.

Responsible to raise payable report, list out outstanding cases and follow up payment.
