Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery challans before billing.
Maintain billing records and update daily sales & invoice reports.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for rate confirmation and approvals.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
Maintain GST-compliant invoicing and ensure correct tax application.
Handle payment tracking, follow-ups, and entry updates.
Maintain filing and documentation of all bills and related records.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of billing processes & GST.
Proficiency in Excel is a must
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Familiarity with billing software (Tally/Busy/ERP).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
