Position Overview:

We are seeking a Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, including invoicing, GRN verification, ASN creation, E-way bill generation, and E-invoicing. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, the Billing Executive will ensure smooth and efficient financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in BA or B.Com. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in billing or related roles. Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of E-way bills and E-invoicing processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate and manage invoices for products and services. Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for accuracy. Create Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) for dispatch tracking. Prepare and issue E-way bills in compliance with regulations. Execute E-invoicing as per government guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes. Maintain and update billing records and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable financial and taxation regulations.

Working Hours:

Mon-Sat: 9am to 7pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
