To serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring efficient registration, admission, billing, and discharge processes in accordance with hospital protocols and NABH guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors courteously.
Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge documentation.
Generate bills accurately and ensure timely payments and settlements.
Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and TPA departments for patient updates.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data and financial transactions.
Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
Maintain accurate record-keeping and daily reporting to the Front Office Manager.
