Job Description
Job Title:* Billing Executive Experience: 1-2 year Salary: Up to 30,000 INR ( In hand ) Responsibilities: - Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing procedures and regulations. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for invoicing. - Handle billing-related queries and discrepancies from clients. - Utilize SAP proficiency to manage billing systems efficiently. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements. - Prepare reports summarizing billing activities and financial performance. - Assist in the development and improvement of billing processes. - Work closely with the finance department to reconcile accounts. Skills and Qualifications: - 1 year of experience in billing or related roles. - Proficient in SAP software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance. - Basic understanding of financial principles. - Problem-solving and analytical skills.
