Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
Update billing entries in ERP/Excel on a daily basis.
Verify billing documents, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
Maintain records of payments and follow up when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing queries.
Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to clients.
Assist the accounts team in basic documentation.
Required Skills:
Good communication (English/Hindi/Local language).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to work with accuracy and maintain records.
Time management and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Any graduate (B.Com preferred)
Freshers only
(0-1 year experience)
