What You'll Do:
Own the complete billing cycle with precision and efficiency.
Prepare, verify, and send invoices on time.
Resolve billing queries with clarity and confidence.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth billing operations.
Build impactful reports using
Advanced Excel
(Pivot Tables - Mandatory*). Support month-end closing and financial accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in billing or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills
(written & verbal).
Strong knowledge of
Advanced Excel
, including:
Pivot Tables (Mandatory)
VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
MIS & data analysis
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
