Handle project billing, estimation, and cost control activities for road and highway construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ, estimates, and cost analysis as per drawings
Handle RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing
Measurement verification as per MoRTH / NHAI specifications
Coordinate with site and planning teams for billing data
Track variations, extra items, and claims
Monitor project costs and budget utilization
Prepare MIS, billing reports, and cash flow statements
Support audits and client certifications
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of road & highway estimation and billing
Experience with MoRTH / NHAI standards
Measurement & quantity take-off expertise
Excel & billing software proficiency
Analytical and coordination skills
Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Road & highway project experience mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
