Develop and manage project budgets for civil construction and maintenance, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and prepare regular financial reports for management.
Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
Certify contractor bills, verifying they align with contract terms and actual site progress.
Review and verify contractor bills, claims, and variations according to specifications and the bill of quantities (BOQ).
Prepare sub-contract agreements and award sub-contracts.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project costs.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Perform value engineering exercises and analyze cost implications of materials, labor, and construction methods.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and project-specific procedures.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare cost plans at various design stages, including concept, schematic, and design development.
