Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Contract Compliance

: Ensure that billing and estimation practices adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in project contracts.

Project Budgeting

: Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate billing and estimation.

Reporting

: Prepare and present financial and progress reports related to billing and estimation activities.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6

Key Requirements

Experience

: 6-11 years of experience in billing and estimation within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills

: In-depth knowledge of construction billing and cost estimation practices.

Attention to Detail

: Ability to produce highly accurate billing reports and cost estimates.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and budget constraints.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field Experience working on residential real estate projects
