Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
and cost estimates
Quantity take-off from drawings (civil / MEP as applicable)
Prepare and verify
RA bills, final bills, and client bills
Contractor and subcontractor billing verification
Track project quantities and cost variations
Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification
Prepare variation, deviation, and extra item statements
Maintain billing records and documentation
Support audits and project close-out activities
Required Skills:
Knowledge of
billing and estimation
in construction projects
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and billing formats
Basic knowledge of contracts and BOQ items
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects
Knowledge of software like
AutoCAD, MS Project, or estimation tools
is a plus
