Experience required - 1-3 years
Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on work completion, BOQ, and project estimates.
BBS Preparation - Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for accurate reinforcement calculations and execution.
Quantity Calculation - Perform quantity surveying, material reconciliation, and cost estimation for various construction activities.
Measurement & Verification - Verify site measurements, assess work progress, and ensure accurate billing as per project drawings.
Rate Analysis & Costing - Conduct rate analysis, validate cost estimates, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Technical Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
