Contract Analysis
: Analyze contract documents to ensure all billing requirements are met and align billing procedures with contractual obligations.
Financial Reporting
: Generate financial reports related to billing and estimation for management review and decision-making.
Vendor Management
: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to validate billing amounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Budget Tracking
: Monitor project budgets closely, assisting in the prevention of cost overruns through proactive management.
Software Proficiency
: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP2000, SketchUp, Tally
Key Requirements
Experience
: 2-6 years of experience in billing and estimation engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent understanding of construction billing processes and financial regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
