Analyze engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design documents to determine project quantities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on labor, material, and equipment costs.
Develop construction schedules and manage budget-related documentation.
Billing:
Prepare and process client bills (e.g., running account bills) and subcontractor bills.
Use measurement books (MB) and site measurements to validate and certify work done.
Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation of materials and payments.
Cost control:
Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures.
Assist with rate analysis for various construction activities.
Reconcile materials, funds, and bills to manage project cash flow.
Coordination and compliance:
Liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, site engineers, and other departments.
Interpret and ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
Assist in preparing tender documentation and negotiating with clients.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain records and prepare reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports and MIS reports.
Raise purchase requisitions for materials and prepare work orders.
