Job position- Billing & Estimation Engineer

Years of experience- 3 to 8 years

Location- Pune

Job summary

Responsible for managing billing and estimation processes within the residential construction sector, ensuring projects are financially viable and align with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, encompassing materials, labor, and equipment for different phases of residential construction projects.

Project Financial Monitoring

: Track and report financial progress of projects, comparing actual costs versus estimated budgets, and identify areas for potential cost savings.

Documentation and Compliance

: Ensure all billing and estimation documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with local laws and industry standards.

Coordination with Project Teams

: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to obtain required data and insights for precise billing and estimation.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-8 years of experience in billing and estimation within the residential construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with residential construction projects. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
