Job Description

Making BOQ, Estimation & Billing for Interior Design Implementation.

Knowledge of all billing & Payment collection-related activities

Make Estimates & BOQ for Clients.

Material inspection, estimation and costing analysis.

Billing & Payment tracking; ensuring nil pending cases.

Maintaining vendor details & Coordination with the accounts manager.

Check Subcontractor's Bill & Preparing Site Progress Report.

Must have done Estimation, BOQ & Billing for Interior Design Projects.

Negotiation, Rate conflict management & Client & Vendor Costing management.

2-5 yrs. of experience in Interior Designing Field.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and their associated costs.

Proficiency in quantity surveying and billing software.

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations

MUST HAVE 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
