Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing:

- Prepare and verify contractor and client bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

- Manage billing documentation, including measurement sheets, Abstract Sheets, rate analysis, and bill submissions.

2. Estimation

:

- Prepare detailed estimates for projects, including quantity takeoff, rate analysis, and cost estimation.

- Analyze project requirements, identify potential risks, and suggest cost-effective solutions.

3. BBS (Bar Bending Schedule):

- Prepare and manage BBS for reinforcement works, ensuring accurate calculations and material optimization.Must have experience in

Auto-cad

4. Coordination:

- Collaborate with site engineers to ensure accurate billing, estimation, and project execution.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve billing and estimation-related issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and estimation in construction projects

- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, and BBS

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent coordination and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
