: Billing & Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Budget Analysis

: Analyze project budgets to ensure costs are aligned with financial constraints and forecasts.

Documentation

: Maintain comprehensive records of project expenditures and prepare periodic financial reports for management.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather required project details for accurate billing and estimation.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Tally.ERP 9, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in billing and estimation engineering within the industrial sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in relevant estimation and billing software tools is essential.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical abilities to interpret construction contracts and project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects Advanced certification in construction management or project management
