We are looking for a qualified

Civil Engineer

with strong experience in

Billing and Estimation

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction billing practices, quantity take-offs, and bar bending schedule preparation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements Prepare and manage

billing (client & subcontractor)

as per project progress Draft and verify

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

Use

AutoCAD

to extract and verify measurements from drawings Maintain all documentation related to quantities, measurements, and bill submissions Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for verification and clarifications Ensure timely preparation of

running bills

and

final bills

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

(basic to intermediate) Expertise in quantity estimation and measurement verification Experience in preparing BBS and billing formats Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with DSR and BOQ preparation is a plus Good communication and coordination abilities
