To manage and execute all billing activities for the railway infrastructure project, ensuring accurate quantity measurements, timely client and subcontractor billing, and proper documentation as per contract and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement & Quantity Verification
Take site measurements and verify executed quantities in line with drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity sheets for client and subcontractor bills.
Billing & Documentation
Prepare and submit interim and final client bills as per contract conditions.
Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
Maintain records of all measurements, bills, and related correspondence.
Contract & Cost Compliance
Ensure adherence to contract BOQ (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and approved rates.
Highlight deviations and support in variation/extra item claims.
Coordination
Liaise with site engineers, planning, and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
Interact with client representatives for bill approvals and certification.
Reporting
Maintain updated billing status, RA (Running Account) bill tracking, and reconciliation of quantities.
Provide periodic MIS reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Diploma or B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
3-7 years (for mid-level) in billing for railway/metro/infrastructure projects.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Project Management tools (e.g., SAP, Primavera, or similar).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
