Key Responsibilities
Billing Management
: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring all invoices are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to contract terms.
Cost Estimation
: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment; update and revise estimates as project parameters change.
Contract Compliance
: Ensure billing activities comply with contractual obligations, identifying any discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.
Financial Reporting
: Generate and analyze billing reports, providing insights on project financial status and identifying areas for cost optimization.
Coordination with Project Teams
: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to verify work progress and ensure alignment with billing schedules.
Software Proficiency
: Auto-CAD
Key Requirements
Experience
: 2-8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction sector, with a strong track record of managing financial aspects of construction projects.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in construction billing software and tools, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in financial management.
Preferred Qualifications
