Contract Management:
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and managing contractual aspects of the project.
Payment Certification:
Verifying and certifying invoices for payment to contractors and subcontractors.
Material Reconciliation:
Checking theoretical consumption of materials and making recoveries for excess usage.
Client and Contractor Coordination:
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding billing and payment matters.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of all billing-related activities, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data related to project costs and payments.
Site Visits:
Conducting site visits to verify work progress and ensure accurate measurements.
Estimation and Costing:
Preparing cost estimates for projects and conducting rate analysis.
Software Proficiency:
Utilizing software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems for project management and billing purposes.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes and contractual agreements.
Proficiency in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
